PowerDesk provides agents up-to-the-minute access to Safety's database of insured information for Private Passenger Auto, Commercial Auto, Homeowners, and Umbrella. Users can view claims, billing, and policy details. In addition, PowerDesk's payment notification feature is a convenient way for agents to let Safety know that a payment by a policyholder has been made at the agency office.

E-View:

E-View provides agents with a daily snapshot of insurance transactions (processed as far back as 45 days). With E-View, agents can check the details of policy, claim, and billing transactions processed by their agency for Private Passenger Auto, Commercial Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, Business Owners, Dwelling Fire.
