Payment & Refund Policy for Healing & Intuitive Consultation Services
Please note that payments for services are made in advance. All sales will be final. Please be sure to schedule for times that you know you are available so there are no conflicts for you. There are absolutely no refunds issued for appointments that are missed or canceled by the client. In the event Ban Ali cannot attend an appointment you will have an opportunity to reschedule.

Payment & Refund Policy for Classes
Classes will be paid for in advance. There is a 25% Non-refundable Service Fee on all transactions. Cancelations must be made in advance of 14 business days for a refund to be issued. Anything less than 14 business days advance notice will not be refunded.

Idemnibility
By using this web site, viewing videos, receiving advice, services and/or producst from Ban Ali, you agree that you are doing so on your accord and you indemnify and hold Ms. Ali, her subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or demand, including any reasonable attorney's fees made by any third party due to or arising out of the use of this site, from receiving services, advice, or any promotional products, or out of a cancelation of a service.
